Spiral Wound Gasket

Spiral Wound Gasket is a highly reliable gasket and is used in a wide range of fields from low pressure lines to high temperature and high pressure areas of ring joint gaskets, and is the most ideal product with a reasonable design. It has excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance and thermal cycle performance, so it is widely used from nuclear power to thermal power, general petroleum refining, and petrochemicals.

Inner Ring Style

Spiral Wound Gasket with Inner Ring is a metal ring made of various materials with a thickness of 3.0mm or 3.2mm on the inner circumference of the basic gasket. Even in case of overcompression, deformation of the gasket body on the inner circumference is prevented, and the gap between the inner diameter of the pipe and the inner diameter of the gasket is reduced to prevent fluid retention or corrosion of the flange parts.

Outer Ring Style

Spiral Wound Gasket with outer ring is a metal ring of various materials attached to the outer circumference of the basic gasket, and is used for R.F Flange and M&F Flange, and prevents transverse deformation against gasket compression. Also, during assembly, the outer circumference of the outer ring comes into contact with the inner side of the flange fastening bolt, making it easy to assemble the gasket.

Inner & Outer Ring Style

Spiral Wound Gasket with inner and outer rings is one in which metal rings of various materials are attached to the inner and outer circumference of the basic gasket. The inner ring does not deform even when overcompressed, and the outer ring is easy to assemble, so it is for high temperature and high pressure with improved pressure resistance. It is the most reliable Gasket.

Basic Style

The basic gasket is only for the main body manufactured by winding metal hoops and fillers alternately in a spiral, and can be used for high pressure even with a narrow width.
