Ring Type Joint Gasket


Ring joint gaskets can be used in high pressure vessels, tower tides, valve bonnets as well as piping in process lines handling high temperature and high pressure steam, oil, gas and solvents. Typical shapes are oval and octagonal, and PX and BX types are used for high pressure. In addition, there are various types of products.

Metal O-Ring Gasket

Metal O-Ring shape gasket made of stainless steel (SUS 321) or Inconel (IN-600) tube, Bent metal tube is welded and finished very precisely. For sealing of gases and volatile fluids, vacuum service, PTFE coated type or silver plated type are recommended.


Flat Metal Gasket

Flat Metal Gasket are used in high pressure piping, heat exchangers, tower tides, pumps and valve bonnet joints. Metal balance gaskets generally have a thickness of 1 to 3 mm, but can be processed into complex flat shapes, so they are used for coupling branch pipes of heat exchangers


Corrugated Metal Gasket

Corrugated Gasket is a gasket made by forming a corrugated sheet metal used for valve bonnets and exhaust gas ducts. The implementation of corrugated processing is a design to improve sealing performance with low clamping force by using the elasticity of metal.


Serrated Metal Gasket

Serrated Metal gaskets began to be used in high temperature and high pressure pipe flange flat seats, pressure vessels, tower buds and valve bonnets. These serrated gaskets have a smaller contact area and can seal with less clamping force than metal flat gaskets. However, if the difference in hardness between the flange and the gasket is small, the contact surface of the flange may be damaged. Not recommended for use in areas with high rates of decomposition

Metallic Gasket

Metal Gasket is used in harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, ultra-low temperature, and ultra-vacuum,
but requires a large clamping force and is difficult to design in that the outer wall surface must be good.
